Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrendRadar iOS and Android applications ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using TrendRadar
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
2. Content & AI-Generated Insights
TrendRadar surfaces trend data and AI-generated explanations for informational purposes only. Trend scores, growth percentages, and "why it's trending" summaries are generated from public signals and automated analysis — they are not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently verify anything before relying on it for decisions.
3. Free App
TrendRadar is free to download and use on iOS and Android. There are no subscriptions, paid plans or in-app purchases in the current app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App; not to interfere with its normal operation; and not to use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by TrendRadar and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendRadar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on trend data or AI-generated insights.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
